Platform for Automated Test and Programming of Embedded System on Module | Center for Embedded Systems | SIU

A multiple unit System on Module (SoM) testing and programming carrier will be developed as the primary result of this investigation. The SoM carrier will provide an automated mechanism to test all of the interfaces provided and program the embedded modules. The majority of the interfaces will be tested with the assistance of CPLDs and JTAG boundary scan.
